  • Can I change or cancel an order?
    Short-term changes or cancellations may be possible if you contact immediately. If the goods have already been packed and prepared for dispatch, cancellation or changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
  • How quickly will the goods be shipped?
    As a rule, we ship the goods on the same day if they are ordered by noon (12:00 CET) on a working day. At the latest, however, on the following working day. The shipping time varies depending on the shipping service provider. You can find more information here.
  • Which shipping service provider do you use to ship the goods?
    The goods are generally shipped with the Austrian Post. Depending on the country of destination, we reserve the right to use other shipping service providers.

  • How does the new loyalty program work?
    From now on you have the opportunity to receive loyalty points with every purchase. For every euro you spend, you receive 1 loyalty point. For every review you submit you will receive 10 loyalty points. With every new newsletter registration you also get 10 loyalty points. If you have collected 100 loyalty points, you will receive a -10% discount on your entire purchase on your next purchase.
