If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, not to the provider, but to the customs and tax authorities responsible there or to other third parties. The customer is advised to ask for the details before ordering.

From a goods value of 50 €, shipping within Austria is free of charge. Shipping within Europe (EU member states) is free of charge for goods with a value of €100 or more.
The term "shipping costs" includes the costs for postage, packaging and logistics. Any customs fees may apply depending on the country of destination, the costs are borne by the buyer.

When paying in advance or PayPal, the delivery period begins one working day after the payment order has been issued. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order. If the start or end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the period is shifted to the following working day.
The delivery time of the order depends on the product with the longest delivery time. Partial deliveries will not be made.
Information about our delivery and shipping conditions
Unless another period is specified in the item description, the goods are delivered in Austria within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 7-10 days after receipt of payment.
As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. With the shipment number it contains, you can view the shipment history at any time.
We usually ship your order within Austria with the Austrian Post. We reserve the right to switch to other shipping service providers. Deliveries are made exclusively to the countries specified in the overview of shipping costs.
In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification card. If no further delivery attempt is made and the order was placed at another location, you can use this notification card to collect the ordered goods at the specified location.
If you already know in advance that you cannot accept the delivery personally, the goods can also be handed over to your neighbor, for example. Please inform the driver of this in a legible message or inform the shipping service provider online about the shipment tracking.
If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
